No blood in the actual stool, but there's blood when I wipe and I have this... oblong bump, going from my butthole to the scrotum. And yesterday was the first time I pooped in three days, so, yeah.

Haven't exercised in two weeks, so I'm going out running tomorrow to get my blood flowing. Hopefully it'll pass on its own. It just feels a bit weird, especially since my butthole is quite... precious to me. >_>

God, I remember when I had hemorrhoids for the first time last year. It was terrible. Painful to walk, get up from chairs, and especially taking a dump. It got better on its own after around 2 weeks. Good luck.

1. Go to an actual doctor. That's nothing at all to ignore.

2. Best case scenario: Is it bright red? Is there a lot, or just a little? Actually in the stool, or along the side/mostly when you wipe?

If that's the case, it's likely an anal fissure, and you need to eat more fiber or take a stool softener.
