I've had blood in my stool for a while now; it seems to go away and come back often.
Please Dr. Board 8, help us
1. Go to an actual doctor. That's nothing at all to ignore.
2. Best case scenario: Is it bright red? Is there a lot, or just a little? Actually in the stool, or along the side/mostly when you wipe?
If that's the case, it's likely an anal fissure, and you need to eat more fiber or take a stool softener.
