Blood in your stool? Or just pain? I've taken extremely painful dumps in the past, I believe it to be related to lackof fluid intake. Make sure to drink a lot of water.
No blood in the actual stool, but there's blood when I wipe and I have this... oblong bump, going from my butthole to the scrotum. And yesterday was the first time I pooped in three days, so, yeah.
Haven't exercised in two weeks, so I'm going out running tomorrow to get my blood flowing. Hopefully it'll pass on its own. It just feels a bit weird, especially since my butthole is quite... precious to me. >_>
