Well, I actually don't have much too say here because well, I just kinda like him for some reason.
I like his short messy hair, it's like, well, gives out a wild and stylish aura, like Lucario (geddit cos hes the aura pokemon lol), but Lucario isn't stylish, more like furry-pandering-ish.
Then his smirk. It's like "Hey, I know you want me baby", or maybe "Pfft, you don't know what I did to you in your sleep". His stubble is a nice touch too.
But the most distinguished feature has to be those eyes. Man, they're pretty bewitching.

30. Soranik Natu
As you can see, I've complained about people looking generic, even if they're attractive. Being generic is baaad.
Soranik Xatu is anything but generic! Even her name fills you with exotic fantasies...maybe even S-E-X fantasies (there's no way I'd type that ewww).
First of all, I like her skin. It's like Cadbury's Dark Chocolate (tm). Okay, maybe not, but still, it's a nice color. I don't always prefer darker skin on girls, but she can pull it off.
Her face is strong, but she still manages to look entrancing. Even though I usually don't like short hair for girls, but well, once again, the whole combination comes off beautifully.

Hmm, so after all, everything about Sonika...Sorariku...Soranik? Is a combination of things I don't traditionally find very attractive on girls (darker skin, black lipstick, facial tattoo, short hair), but somehow all the right combination of those aspects can make a sexy and exotic character, just like Soranik here. Gotta love her.
Oh, the tight suit can't be helped, since she's a western superhero. But at least there's this pic of her in casual outfit:
