It's good, but possibly not even top 10. FFT, FF7, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Street Fighter Alpha 2 & 3, Super Puzzle Fighter 2: Turbo, Monster Rancher 2 (yeah I said it) are all better. Wouldn't doubt that there are 3 more that I'm forgetting.
