1) Talk to him seriously about it. It's going to be uncomfortable as f*** for both of you, but do it anyways.

2) Ask him if HE wants it reported (assuming its reportable though it sounds like it probably is?). Offer to be the one who calls it in, but encourage him to take the next step with this thing.

3) It's late night and so Anri should be on soon. I'm sure the Rapist Killer will know what to do.


But definitely go with steps 1 and 2 until Anri gets here.
