Rules:
  1. Rate each character on a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being the lowest, and 10 being the highest. Anything above 10 gets rounded down to a 10, and anything below a 1 gets rounded up to a 1.
  2. Anything beyond the ten's place will be rounded accordingly: .04 or lower gets rounded down to .0 and .05 or higher gets rounded up to .1
  3. You don't have to rate every character. You can skip any that you don't know or don't feel like rating.
  4. "Character" is defined loosely, but priority will be given to playable characters and major villains. Depending on participation/demand, this may be expanded.
  5. If you miss a topic or topic(s) you can still rate characters from previous topics. Just please try to keep them in the order I have them in the spreadsheet. It makes my life a lot easier.
  6. Feel free to nominate characters you'd like to see done next. There's no guarantee they'll be next, but they might receive higher priority.
  7. Please make it clear which characters you are giving each rating.

I'm not sure I like the character a lot as a personality but his role in the story is super interesting so I have a lot of respect for his scheming and ambitions. Very good character though lacking a Lopen factor to make me really love him.

Seifer - 8
Zantetsuken Reverse probably gives him a point entirely on its own. He's pretty good as an angry rival type. One of the better characters in FF8 and I like that he never officially joins the party even though he totally could have.

General Leo - 5.5
The fight with Kefka is cool. I think replacing Cyan with him straight improves the game. As is he just doesn't do enough for me to like him much.

Delita provides a lot of intrigue to the game. Definitely one of the best FFT characters.

Seifer is a nice foil to Squall. Not truly evil, but not truly good either. A morally grey character that gets a happy ending all things considered. His rivalry with Squall should've been explored a bit more. Especially given the twist.

General Leo is pretty good for a temporary party member. His offering is really cool, and he provides a face for the empire that isn't completely evil. He does, however, look the other way when evil occurs. (At least until he meets up with the party in person). But he also realizes it, and I think he wants redemption. It was pretty obvious he wouldn't become a party member because you couldn't name him. I feel like the shock of his death would've been much bigger if the game didn't practically spoil that. Solid character all around.
