Spoilers are cool, about to watch the last episode and can tell in its first few minutes I'm going to be very happy with it.

Fun show up to this point! Ups and downs at times, still a CW show...but Rachel Bloom's been great and this show is weird in the right ways for me. Pastor Brah is both low-key as a character and also maybe the best on the show.

Anybody else watch it before?

I was a big fan of Rachel Bloom since her YouTube days, so I ended up following this show weekly! I think for the most part it's a very strong and fun show. It's impressive that every episode has two music numbers and they don't really re-use genres of music with them often.

I think the last season ended up being the weakest with some frankly odd choices made with it, but I was still very happy with what we got. But seasons 1 and 2 are great stuff.

yeah i think the show got a bit weaker almost every season, but it was a ton of fun overall and I'm glad people are still belly discovering it!

Great show, mostly a blast the whole way through

I'd agree with PB that it does go downhill in the last season (bringing back Greg with a different actor and totally different personality just to have another love interest was a really weird call)

Songs from the show still constantly pop into my head (I absolutely love Nathaniel's zoo song) and pretty much the whole cast is great

Really happy that Vella Lovell keeps killing it though. She's been great in Animal Control, that got a new season!

It's too bad Valencia's actress hasn't gotten more work though. She's always been my favorite character.

Rachel Bloom was fun in that Reboot show, and I'm sure she'll get plenty of work. She seemed to become a Hollywood darling during the tenure of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.

It was good but it wasnt as good as I wanted it to be. Hate Greg, glad she didnt pick him, still hated the ending.

I really don't care for the ending as far as the TV-ending goes, but Netflix made the final episode the live theatre performance and that was a great joy. That's my ending, and I respect it as what can be the only way to stop the other ending from being the actual ending.

Agreed that the show was generally best early on. Neutralizing Josh for awhile made me feel like the show lost its core purpose for a bit too long -- good to stray away sometimes, sure, just didn't work as well for me here. Still plenty of good little moments, songs, punchlines, and awkward looking around while waiting for the commercial break to kick in. The overall arcs just weakened over time.

She made New York produce a crazy character, and then she showed even crazy people could still find love thirty minutes from Hollywood. She shot their musical final episode in LA as well. So far this checks out..

Yeah, they aired the live LA performance right after the series finale.

Also another fun fact is that they wanted to do a Period Sex song for real, but CW wouldn't let them. So the gag where she starts to sing it and is cut off was because of that. Eventually, they released a music video on YouTube with it.

I was thinking it may have been better for them to have either Josh become crazy in love while Rebecca ended up uninterested and focused on her life in the later seasons. A nice little flip on the dynamic and showing how guys can get too.

I dunno, the last season always remains disappointing to me with the story arc of basically every character.

Almost let the video slip by me! The tease of the song was always funnier than the video itself, but that's funny that they just couldn't let go of the itch so make the song happen.

Speaking of songs, not 100% sure but this might have been their best song.
