Since the original way had things ending in Nibelheim (as part of a four-game remake series rather than three) so some story beats were getting re-arranged e.g. Cait Sith intro was before the Gold Saucer, in order to get enough playable time w/ him before the end. Their repeated hyping on "free exploration" also runs counter to my original design where things would be very chapter-structured like the first game without too much "world map" wandering. Now, the "Twin Pack" is the same exact price as the new game by itself, so I've finally "bought" the PS5 version of the first game and Intergrade.
