Windibank is significantly worse than Venus. Venus is a whatever character, but Windibank making a joke out of suicide was one of the few times I was actually disgusted with AA.

On the other hand, Uendo is pretty good. Regardless of your feelings on DID, I felt like no one in-game treated Uendo's condition as a gag. Trucy is good when she's not talking about magical panties.

Well, I deliberately left out the minor victims or other named characters who never appear since I figured they'd all get zero votes or close to it. I just didn't want to leave out anyone who actually plays a visible role in the game.
