In an effort to convince the FTC to let them acquire Activision-Blizzard, they have stated in their filing that they lost the console war and are going to continue to be "dominated".

Most wild thing from these proceeding so far is that Sony says they won't give Activision PS6 kits if this goes through, regardless of if they stay multiplatform.

Is that really that wild when MS said they'd make CoD multiplatform, but would keep 100% of revenues? That's not an acceptable condition.

Earlier today it came out that Kotick blackmailed Microsoft into give Activision a higher profit share on Call of Duty sales, or else they would stop releasing CoD on Xbox platforms...and MS folded.

What the hell is going on over there?

He said the primary motivation for purchasing Bethesda was to prevent Starfield exclusivity.

What he said is that he thought Starfield might become a temporary exclusive, like Ghostwire and Deathloop. There were never any deals signed, and it was under development for both systems until the purchase.
