Mine was Frogger on Colecovision, I was 2. I picked it because I liked the frog on the cartridge.

The first game I owned was SMW on the SNES, but I'd played a few NES games at the daycare I went to. I don't remember what the first one was. Would've been like 5 or 6 probably.

I honestly have no idea, it was a LONG time ago. I have memories of playing a lot of old games, but I don't have anything to place which one came first. We had Pong and an Atari 2600, but my dad also loved going to the arcade and I remember being small and pulling around the little foot stool thing to play games.

I can't say for sure but Super Mario Bros was the first one I know by name. I wanna say 4 or 5 cause I feel like the year was 95 or 96

It would have been a PC game like Lego Loco or one of the Jumpstart games

Like the large majority of my age group, it was Super Mario Bros. on the NES. I was between 2-3 years old.

I would sit on a little TMNT foam chair, coaching my mom as she played. And I'd cry if she fell into a pit. Then, if she got a game over, I'd force her to start the game all over again.

Yes, Mario is still my favorite character to this day.

Close for me. Was almost certainly something on the ColecoVision, and I was either 5 or 6 (because I was 5 the year it released, and I got one for Christmas the year after when I was 6 - but I played on my cousin's console somewhere between those two points). Honestly can't say for 100% what my first game was, though... it might have been Donkey Kong, but it might also have been Antarctic Adventure, or Carnival, or maybe even BC's Quest for Tires. I probably would either have just grabbed something at random out of his collection, or just played whatever he told me was the best game.

The first game ever played that I personally owned was definitely Donkey Kong on the ColecoVision, because it came with the console. After which I bought Cosmic Avenger, Subroc, Popeye, and Montezuma's Revenge. And then I got the Atari 2600 adapter and mostly just played a metric shit-ton of Atari games.

The first computer game I ever played was probably either Moon Patrol or Mario Bros on the Apple IIe. Again, it was my cousin's, and it would have been sometime around 1984 or so (so I would have been 7-8, give or take).

Um... 1 of like 20 games my parents bought in a used set along with an NES. I'll take a random guess and say it was Dragon Quest 1 when I was three.

Some game on the TI-99/4A; maybe Munchman. I must've been around 5.

Either Pong or Gunfight at the OK Corral, which were in the hotel in Daytona Beach when I was 12.

Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega Genesis, probably about 6-7 years old

Flintstones on the NES. I think I was about 5.

Oldest memory of a game I have is something involving Mickey, Donald and Goofy on a train. Never been able to find it again though...

According to my dad, he put a quarter into a Pac Man machine at the laundry when I was 2 so he had a few minutes to change over clothes. By the time he got back I was already done with level 1.

First game I actually remember playing was Super Mario Brothers when I got my NES Christmas of 88.

Atari 2600, Pac-Man, 9years old

Yeah, heck if I remember. Maybe Pitfall on the Atari. Or something like Pacman or Caterpillar at an arcade. I played all of those pretty early.

Either Sonic 3, Sonic 3D Blast, or Donkey Kong Country 2. I was playing a ton of all three when I started out and I don't remember which came first

Also fun fact, my mom spent $70 on Zaxxon for ColecoVision when it came out. And people say games are too expensive today.
