I havent been logged out, but it wont let me select a payment method or complete the shipping info

sometimes it does log me in now and it says I have 1 item in my cart, but when I click my cart it never shows it

I get weird messages that my cart was merged

I had that before I got waiting roomed

saying I had 1 item in my cart before I logged in but don't worry they merged the carts

but then the cart itself says it's lonely and there's nothing in it
