Inspector found numerous problems, including improperly stored meat. Instructed them to toss the meat out. Finished his inspection and went to his car. As he sat in his car, he witnessed employees fishing the meat out of the dumpster. He went back in and made them throw it out again, then poured bleach over it so it couldn't be used. They claim they were just getting the containers out, but why wouldn't they just empty the containers in the dumpster? Mead 10/21/21 7:11:54 PM #3:	If youve worked restaurants for a while you see all sorts of stupid ass shit like that I had a kitchen manager arguing with me once to go ahead and prep and marinate a case of chicken breast after I cut it open and it reeked. I told him Id do it if he threw one of the chicken breasts on the grill and ate it.
