Having worked at KFC nearly a decade ago, the opposite is far more likely: a pizza with fried chicken as the "crust". So essentially they're going to be doing chicken parmesans with more toppings.

this is true. youre quite an innovative pizza chef, clark. thats pretty lame she stole your idea but as a real chef, like yourself, its all about sharing your creation with the world and not hiding behind some nda

I'm not even sure where my closest Pizza Hut is any more, and I can't imagine that KFC will serve a pizza-like product (although they might have a new seasoning for their chicken?). The most obvious collaboration would be using some version of KFC's chicken on pizza.

I've only eaten at each of them once, so could have just been one-offs, but my experience with Church's Chicken and Krispy Krunchy Chicken could give KFC some competition for worst fried chicken.

It's so bad that they have partnerships with gas stations that sell their chicken at the front like a 7-11 hot case. I think it's only in the South. At least, that's the only area I can recall seeing them.

The chicken sandwiches and Mcnuggets are breaded and cooked in the fryer sure but all their "chicken" is like 1% chicken and 99% fake soy product so it doesn't really count.
