Some random predictions for chapter 2

Guy is going to die, they seem to like to keep the balance between boys and girls so far.

Byakuya, Celeste, and Kyoko are the three that strike me as end game players right now. Going to random predict Hifumi dies and that Toko or Chihiro does it.

Curious what you think of this at the end. I loved PW and 999 but found too many of the characters in DR to be insufferable which greatly tarnished an interesting premise.

Celeste's voice breaking down into a generic American-sounding voice is the best voice acting you're going to get out of the first game, sadly. Both future games are much, MUCH better in this regard. Like, I'd give DR1's voice acting crew a 3/10, but DR2 and DRV3 are both easy 9/10's.

I am on chapter 6 and I am annoyed as I think a spoiler I said earlier may actually be something.

Junko was killed by the bear
But the bear just said only 16 people entered this place. Meaning the bear is a student
No dead body announcement

3/10 is kinda harsh but the VA is definitely not as good as 2 & 3

Okay so hrm. Junko and wolf lady swapped places, wolf lady did die. Body was in morgue, so killer dressed it up like this and the wounds that were several days old were the spikes inpaling her?

So obviously this class was together for sometime before all of this and the memory wipe, with me being an exception.

I have to assume my inclusion in all of this was the headmaster doing. One last toss of the dice to avoid ultimate despair, by adding in a wild card they couldn't quite account for. Maybe.

Ok game beaten

Music was great, character designs amazing, mysteries in general didn't feel very satisfying at times but they were fun.

My favorite characters living probably helped. Aoi/Kyoko are the best.

Looking forward to starting 2
