LeetCheet 02/03/21 2:22:55 PM #1:	There was an electrical malfunction with a device at work today. We were in a tight spot and the device we used had a lot of wires and one of the wires wasn't connecting properly so we were struggling to make it do its job. Well, suddenly my hand slipped and I felt I brushed her chest with the back of my hand. She didn't appear to care or notice though. She wore a sweater and I had gloves so maybe she just didn't notice? I mean, the rest of the day went along as usual and there wasn't any kind of awkwardness at all. As if it never even happened. She has hit my hands with a hammer a couple of times though and I never really bothered to care that much. It was simply just an accident. It's better to just move on and forget. This isn't the first time it happening either. Last year, another female coworker(she's like 60 years old) and I was both holding a gas cutter torch and I was tightening it. As I was turning the wrench I accidentally touched her chest with the back of my hand. I'm certain she must've felt that, but she never said anything about it. It's almost like it wasn't a big deal and accidents like that happens so easily? Agh women. Generally speaking, it's going to be pretty obvious if you're doing it deliberately (even if you think you're being sneaky), and similarly obvious if you aren't. For the most part, even saying "whoops, sorry" is more than you need to do. You should still try to avoid it, since being too careless may result in it being annoying, but don't worry too much about the occasional accident. Like I could get visibly startled when someone just tapped my shoulder from behind. When I get hugged by someone I still don't know what I should do with my arms and hands. I'm really anxious about touching other people and their belongings. I don't know where to where not to touch someone and I prefer to not mess with their things. Easiest solution is to avoid all contact unless I have to. It's like I skip the phase where I try to predict what responses I get before I actually say something. What I probably should've said instead is that I've never felt attractive to anyone. I've always felt like a total loser that can't do anything right. When I was in school, no one had any interest in me. Neither guys or girls. People IRL ignore me left and right. Just because I have problems starting conversations with other people. It's so hard to have a decent flow in my conversations because I have to think so damn much before I actually say anything. It's infuriating that I can't keep up with the conversation at a normal pace. To be fair though, I think some of my coworkers has gotten kinda used to my awkwardness. I met some cool people though who accepted me for me and my confidence grown from there as I know it's alright to be me and for the most part don't care what others think.
