Especially in any job where you're physically working on things with people and have to reach in awkward ways. Generally speaking, it's going to be pretty obvious if you're doing it deliberately (even if you think you're being sneaky), and similarly obvious if you aren't. For the most part, even saying "whoops, sorry" is more than you need to do. You should still try to avoid it, since being too careless may result in it being annoying, but don't worry too much about the occasional accident.
