Usually mods try to reuse assets it's very difficult and time consuming to make a lot of new assets. It looks like this game will have creatures devoted to Miami that were not in previous games like mutated flamingos. Hopefully they pull this off, usually mods this large don't make it the full way because of the intense work to make them. Only weird thing is, how long after the nukes dropped is this? Shouldn't those inflatable floating things have deflated by now?
