o California Man tries to TORCH a SLEEPING HOMELESS MAN to Death!!!

She started the blaze on Sept 12 as the homeless man awoke from the smell of smoke and quickly got out of the box to try and put it out with a water bottle as Richard recorded it and LAUGHED. The Glendale Fire Dept arrived to extinguish the blaze as police retrieved video surveillance from a nearby business that captured footage of a male intentionally lighting the box and then taking photos Richard Smallets was identified and connected him to the arson investigation and was subsequently put under arrest Smallets remains in custody with a bail at 1 MILLION as it's not known why he did this but he plead NOT GUILTY Have you seen people irl who treat homeless people with disrespect? He kept occupied during the week by working in the warehouse there where they handle donations. I got a ton of free shit from him. I don't recall any of the homeless people being disrespected there or anywhere else. I remember reading a story a few years ago of a guy who was going around murdering homeless people while they slept. He would just walk up, bash them in the head with a hammer, and casually walk away. The police caught him by putting a bait dummy out.
