mrduckbear 12/17/18 9:28:08 PM #1:	Have you ever heard of a bulls* excuse WORSE than this before? - Results (9 votes) Yes..i actually have heard a far worse excuse than this believe it or not 44.44% (4 votes) 4 Nope. this has to be the worst excuse/story i've ever heard anyone use 55.56% (5 votes) 5 A West Virginia jury took less than 30 Minutes to convict 26 y/o Incestual Freak, Henry Vincent Bennett after he claimed that he mistook his 3 y/o DAUGHTER rather than his 24 y/o WIFE when he had SEX with her!! The brief trial ended quickly as he was charged with 2 counts of first degree sexual assault, sexual abuse by parent and incest The disgusting case took a dramatic turn when he claimed police pressured him into a false confession, slipped up on the witness stand and repeated his confession in front of the jury Prosecutor George Sitler said "It's a TV moment. it's a thing that happens on crime shows like Perry mason. You wait your whole career to get somebody to actually confess what they're accused of on the stand and this is the first time i've ever seen it happen" He was busted in February after his daughter told family members and then state child safety workers that she was sexually abused. The girl made a model of a PENIS out of a PLAY-DOH and said it was "bennett's butt" and said her father had put his "butt on her butt" said Cindy Lambert, a child advocacy worker. He denied it at first but then confessed to it happening TWICE, once involving a sex toy and once involving oral sex. He said those were "accidents" and that the child crawled onto his bed while his wife was away and mistook the 30lb girl for his 185lb wife!! The Hillbilly freak claimed his wife was giving him oral sex and then she got up to go to the washroom and then his daughter got into the room and began giving him oral sex before not realizing it was not his wife.. Now he and 24 y/o Heifer wife, April were arrested as she is charged with accessory but took to a plea deal for child neglect His lawyer tried to get his video confession thrown out because of his "mental capacity" but the judge refused. Henry said he was promised he would be released if he confessed and that's why he said what he said.
