After researching what the fuck I want my body to look like, this is the recommended diet

Although it is working as stated, it's depressing how I can't even have 1 banana (i need to stay under 20g)

My discipline has been great, not tryna ruin it either...

I've been on a slow decline since I reduced my fats and carbs by about 2/3 A hard cut diet is hard for me to maintain long term.

Yea i deff heve a cheat sheet, every 10 days

And i agree the drastic cut down is crazy but before this diet I never realized i ate so many carbs in a day... a lot more than I originally thought so it was a great eye opener

I try to only consume complex carbs but after 20+ years of high carb intake, its a hard habit to break.

My prescription, as a trialist myself, is that you ought to be in motility more if you are desirous of carbohydrates since they are primarily givers of energy units (calories) and happy hormone activators to the frame. Personally, I suffered low spirits and energy less days from abstinence for too long, thus I consume them when necessary, not whimsically. I maintained a sinewy build with little body fat, though now I am much slimmer when I spent it wisely.

You could also add probiotics, cheaply, with yoghurt or kefir in your diet. Those microorganisms aid your metabolism to withdraw the energy from them much faster. And if you cannot exercise, they can rid of the excess since "carbs" are one of their foods, so it is a win-win.

I'm not a follower anymore in my bodybuilding course, but I pray you may achieve the outcome well through your resolution and asceticism.

Yea i was told not to worry about healthy fats and I included cheese for calcium

Low carb low fat diets should be avoided

My diet used to be stupid high in carbs and fat. I ate shit food for pretty much every meal, so reducing it by 2/3 brought me back into normal human consumption range.

I gave up on my diet.

I'm gonna die in a few years like this but at least I'll be happy.

I'm drinking soda again, and even started to eat Peanut M&Ms.

Have not gained weight yet, but I certainly won't be loosing any.

Also had pizza 3 times last week.

I did have the bubble guts when I initially started using protein shakes, but now I guess my body adjusted to it.
