No credit/debit card to shop online Scared of online shopping Don't know the url to Amazon or eBay Hoping female clerk will flirt with me in attempt to upsell I consider aggressive sales pitches and upselling to be social interaction I'd go to Walmart instead but I want to hear the sales pitches so I go to Gamestop Because I have no life and no friends Because I like being sold new games that have already been played and have stickers on them I want to see miserable people working who hate their job. Also I only buy 3DS games as the rest of games I buy digitally. Helps that the staff at my local one is decent, not too pushy but also like to BS about games and show an interest in the stuff I buy. Or I could just drive 15 minutes to GameStop and have it day 1. Plus, it's located in the only shopping center in this area, which is where I get my groceries from, so it's not even out of the way. The employees are nice, and don't try to push anything on the regular customers. They even sometimes give away extra stuff, I've come out with posters and extras that were supposed to be pre-order only, but they had extras so they gave them to me. I've only had a couple minor issues, I once bought a used game, but they put the wrong game in the case and I didn't realize it. Another time they gave me cross platform game for the wrong console, but that was fixed right away. I went to buy one game, and even though the case was on the shelf, they were out of stock and then the employee misinformed me to buy a different game, but I think he truly did have it confused with another one. --- What did the pirate say on his 80th birthday? I haven't gotten games as gifts from family members that they bought from Gamestop though. The couple times they get a copy that doesn't have it's original case is pretty annoying. Only place in town that carries used games and there really isn't a good system online for browsing used games you haven't played yet (you generally have to already want it and search for it). Also, being a small town, I know all the workers so it's fun to talk about games and upcoming releases and such since my closer friend circle nowadays aren't gamers. --- Congratulations! Only place in town that carries used games and there really isn't a good system online for browsing used games you haven't played yet (you generally have to already want it and search for it).
