Season 9 is weak but it's not half as bad as anyone makes it out to be.

I actually quite liked the Denise and Drew characters.

Lucy was lame as hell though.

when i saw it it was called something like Scrubs: Med School, or Scrubs: Interns or something like that

It feels even more wrong that 20 years was all it took for the entire galaxy to forget that the Jedi were an actual order that existed and not just an "ancient legend", especially since the PT Jedi were a very public thing that basically functioned as a political faction and fought in several high-profile wars.

Only the three Abrams Trek movies (2009, Into Darkness, Beyond) are in the Kelvin timeline. All the new shows that have come out since are in the original timeline.

I think the end of Ace Attorney 6 is pretty outrageous. Really, Ace Attorney would be better off without the timeskip happening how it did.

That said I don't get super invested in canon and additional works. I can very comfortably compartmentalize what happened in the original as being separate from any sequel so bad later works never ruin something for me.

Who's really willing to dispute that DS2 dlc is better than Lost Izaleth, Crystal Cave and Tomb of the Giants? Those three are a run of the worst locations in the series.

he's canonically 11 cus the last mention of time passing was sometime after indigo plateau and before johto, ash said something like "i can't believe its already been a year since i started my journey" or something like that.

but after that (at least thru early ruby/sapphire episodes, cus thats when i stopped watching), i dont think there is any mention of time passing

That was a dub translation. In the original I think they just said some time has passed.

But if the Pokmon company wasn't run by pig headed idiots Ash would have been 16 (and looked it) at least by the time his journey ended.

This is what I was going to say. It makes a lot more sense that Pokeballs just digitize them which is why they're stored in a computer. But Arceus is set in feudal Japan or whatever, so they couldn't use that explanation

Dean dies in the series finale and Sam just lives a normal life then meets Dean in heaven after he passed away in Supernatural, I refuse to accept Supernatural ended that way.

Oh! I actually have an opinion about this!

I actually fully buy it, and here's why;

The entire point of Chuck fucking with the Winchester's is because they were his favorites. Dean took on an entire house of would be necromancers, vampires, etc. Sam can frequently channel powers due to the consumption of demon blood, etc. The "Luck of God" or rather his favoritism in fucking with them is why they frequently made it out more or less unscathed (mental scars notwithstanding). Sure they were beaten and bruised again and again, but clearly they were pretty much alive and well near the beginning of every season. There's even an episode where they come to terms with the fact that Chuck isn't pulling strings anymore so they have to find a way to "get the luck back". I forget how they did it though.

Cut to Jack becoming God, and suddenly they don't have their least favorite writer pushing and pulling to bail them out of life ending danger. Suddenly they're just as mortal as everyone else. I think it's really poignant that Dean went out as the hunter, and Sam the Father. Obviously it would have been MORE poignant to end it with Season 5 but we all know how that went.

Obviously with COVID it wasn't as strong as it could have been, but considering what they were working with, I thought they did fine.

That FFX-2 happened. X ended meaningfully and poignantly, and X-2 came along to shit all over it.

It doesn't matter anymore since the IP is dead but everything regarding Sarah Fisher after Splinter Cell Double Agent is stupid.

She was a normal young woman who was killed in a hit and run. That's sad but also realistic. There's a cutscene that shows it happening.

Then Conviction changes it that the Government faked her death because there was an unknown mole who would use her death against Sam. It's such a stupid choice considering how mundane and not personal anything regarding Sam was in the previous games. The entire thing is that barely anyone knows Sam and Third Echelon exist.

Now there's some podcast series and Sarah Fisher herself is now a Splinter Cell agent. It's stupid! The charm of Sam in those first three games was that he overall had a normal life and daughter waiting for him while he had to do serious work. It was never supposed to be some over the top James Bond thing. Third Echelon becoming a bad guy faction in Conviction was also stupid.

Universe 7 saiyans/half-saiyans somehow evolving right at present trunk's birth to lose their tails forever. Of course universe 6 saiyans never had tails in forever to keep from drawing it on them.

Its just one of those random dragon ball verse facts that annoys the hell out of me since a saiyan's tail and their goin' giant monkey transformation was always my favorite thing about the saiyan race (which is why I also really liked super saiyan 4 as a concept). As it is now, a saiyan without their tail and thus the great ape transformation is just......better humans in everyway possible, with blonde/golden hair super forms. Eh....SSJ was pretty hype when it first happened, but I also miss my giant rampaging space monkeys.

The no saiyan tails thing all comes back to the fact that toriyama was simply too lazy to draw them anymore when the OG manga was still running, so he just BSed a reason to having to stop drawing them for good, lol.

Also star ocean 3 from it's plot twist to the ending. So dumb that every single future star ocean game just steers clear from SO3's timeline spot.

Anything that Wizards of the Coast wrote about what happened to Gorion's Ward after BG2. They've done nothing but take a steaming shit on the story since Murder in Baldur's Gate.

Also anything related to KOTOR after the second game because jesus christ what were they thinking with the novel, it's like Bioware had nothing but contempt for the characters they didn't write

The shrink stuff was gen 1 lore but it was found in the 1997 Pokdex guide exclusive to Japan. The original anime did in fact show that Pokemon shrink and are just chilling in a sphere.

The hair thing is weird, as Bulmas hair was always supposed to be purple. They fixed it in the Path to Power movie. I dont know why they would fuck up Trunks hair to match their fuck up with Bulmas.

Functioning off of memory as I saw that episode: they stumbled on a bar and found the people there were betting their personal luck and that the mechanisms for that was being operated by a fortune goddess. She offered them a chance to get back just as good as they had and they lost but they were willing to fight without the luck instead of risking the people there for another chance, or something, so she released all the other people and helped them after all because they actually showed true heroism, a trait she thought was dead, by being willing to fight at impossible odds as opposed to trade the lives of innocents to balance the odds.

On topic, it being pronounce Re(long E)gal and not Re(eh)gal.
