I hated liver since I waa a child so I knew I'd hate it. Heart I tried to eat it on my first one and couldn't. Tripe if cook correctly is good. Oxtail is good considering its location. I hope one day, people will try Taiwanese / Hunan spicy pig intestine cooked with pig's blood. I ate that like once every two months whenever my family took us to a Taiwanese or Hunan restaurant.
