With Yakuza they've been alternating between new games, spinoffs, and remakes. I'm good with that for Persona.

There is a good chance that indeed they would replace them. Just like they did with reloaded.
With side characters maybe getting guests roles for who wants them. Just like what happened now, with Altus having a valid excuse for it too. Liam for example is part of critical role and can pick and choose his roles now fully and decide what he wants to spend his full time on.

4 of the voice actors are part of critical role. Sam, Matt (did Kanji in golden), Marisha (Did Margret in golden), Laura Bailey.

Amanda done no voice acting for 2 years, so she might have retired or a lot of person stuff is going on.

Yuri while it took a while has made the big big leagues so he might also decide not too. Especially if there is a sequel for spider man 2.

So Altus replacing the whole cast would be a logical move again, instead of trying to get old crew back.

Especially if Altus is doing this for long term booking as well. Having new blood in that you can milk for at least a decade for a lot cheaper is a good business decision. ( Don't think that is a bad thing, voice acting has been quite productivism and insular for 50+ years now)

Are you implying Atlus is going to make a bunch of P3R spinoffs like they did with P4 and P5?

Could relicense and dub the movies after all this time, lol.

The Answer is already promised as DLC. The Queen edition will be bound to follow. A remaster of p3 dancing with some new voice actors!

But no, I mean in general. The old voice actors that they use are 20+ years in the business. Making a new portfolio with VA's that will work for cheaper and won't be like. Sorry, critical role is a really busy right now. Is probably just good business.
