Got Eyja and a Gavial dupe in 100 pulls.

Don't care for swire alt enough to spend more. Will get her on an off pull at some point I guess.

I kinda want to play this game called Legends Scrolls: Mythic as a time-waster since it looks like a standard idle rpg. Generous at the beginning then instantly dries up and encourages spending a week or two later. Unfortunately it always says Weak internet connection, try again later. Also I found out its a rerelease of a game called Adelamyth. In fact on the loading screen it says welcome to Adelamyth lol.

lol so apparently they shut down Adelamyth just June of last year. But in a newer, non-shut-down-then-immediately-remake game, they have cyborg Guile and bootleg Ryu lol

Im trying out Maid Master and its pretty good. Well, trying out again. I deleted it once for reasons I dont recall.

But its similar to an idle game with dispatch missions, and your units attacking automatically, with you being in control of their ultimate (if you want to play on manual rather than have them fire it off as soon as its available). But it has a few key differences:

• Battle positions arent set. The characters will move to get in range of enemies, and you can set them up anywhere in an area before fights rather than there being set formations.
• There are a bunch of summoners, which I find fun. I especially like one waifu who has a kitty that she has from the very start of the fight, and I think its invincible. Another funny one is a shepherd who has exploding sheep lol.
• The interesting thing: you can select characters and choose who theyll target, something thats usually not an option in idle battlers.

Unfortunately I dont like the PvP. Theres no choosing who to fight. You just start a fight and are paired up with someone and the fight is automatic I think. Im not positive; I havent tried switching targets yet.

But what made me really happy was with my first pull I got two of the characters I wanted the most, Bree (the kitty-summoning waifu) and Seraph (a broken nun waifu who heals the entire team when her attacks land, and her ultimate hits a bigass area and does true damage).

Thats my unintentional review on Maid Master after playing for about 30 minutes lol

...Oh. Maybe that's why I uninstalled Maid Master. Although it has really good rates (18% for a 6 star), it's super stingy with the gem payout. And some of the tower conditions are just stupid, like enemies take no damage from ranged units, or from melee units, or magic units.

Okay, if the game is stingy with pulls and such itself it truly sucks. I was already that close to take a look at the game, but I think this will make me pass.

Honestly, I don't dislike that.
I prefer a gameplay were every character has a niche they can fill, forcing you to build more than just one team, instead of one meta setup dominating every content by default, making most other character useless.

Yeah, the gameplay became monotonous pretty quickly, even with the unconventional idle mechanics. But man, even the monthly pass only gives you a total of 900 gems when a 10 pull is 1,600. Granted its $3 while most games have it for around $5, but other games also usually give enough currency for around 1.5-2 10 pulls.

But I really dont like when a game forces me to use characters that I dont want to. I reroll not for the meta, but to start with my favorite waifu. And if a game says sorry, she cant be used here, its a kick in the balls to me :<

Like in that Chinese copyright infringement of a game Im playing, I have a crapton of copies of Levi sitting around, and I could make my team waaaaaay stronger in an instant if I just used my resources to level him up and awaken him a few times. But Im saving everything for when I get another copy of Esdeath to awaken her just a single time, because she gets preferential treatment as waifu number one in the game :3

I don't get something in Nikke...

Why is it that sometimes the AI just stops shooting for no reason? Like during the Interception mission, that bigass truck thing can be just riding along, and Red Hood, with her Burst III active, will be sitting around doing nothing. It's not like she won't be doing damage; I tried shooting and she still does her insane damage.

Meanwhile in other scenarios they'll shoot while getting bombarded by missiles and die :<

Are you ordering everyone to take cover? That happens if you click on the character you're already using.

Obviously necessary for when the boss does AOE since the AI sucks at knowing when to take cover, but they won't come out of cover until you click on your character again, even if their cover is already destroyed.

No, I just start up the battle with auto and put my phone down lol. Thats a good little tidbit to know though; I didnt know that you could have everyone take cover at once.

They don't fire at the train when parts you can't damage aren't on screen. I don't know why, it's weird.

Theres a bunch of waifus as assists, including Albedo from Overlord, Nezuko from Demon Slayer (but shes called Kamado for some reason) and Kikyo from Inuyasha. That Unlock via: Purchase Reward doesnt give good vibes too. Especially since so far Emilia (Re:Zero) is the only one that I have, and hers says unlock via bond reward, which was a little side story thing.

Ngl the game is a good time killer, and if it had been original and not ripping off all these IPs I wouldve considered spending money. But knowing how these games can go down in the blink of an eye, its easy to resist lol.

Speaking of weird NIKKE AI stuffs, I forgot that for the Modernia fight, you're supposed to skip the intro sequence once you see ENCOUNTER on the screen.

Why? Because the AI will target the core like you're supposed to, instead of her wings.

Girls' Frontline is more like Yuzhong's passion project than serious money maker, which has moved on to Neural Cloud and GFL 2. I suspect it'll be around for several more years. At the very least, Mica Team promised to wrap up the main story and add some side story content. I guess they're not in any hurry to get that out though, so I guess Yuzhong doesn't need another Ferrari, haha.

All these popular gachas getting their spinoffs.

Afaik Granblue Relink is a single player game with a limited amount of content (outside a few DLCs) and no gacha system?

What about Arknights Endfield and GF Neural Cloud, are they still GaaS gachas or are they complete games like GBFRelink? Are characters all-new or can we expect the popular cuties to return?

Yeah, I was gonna say. How Revue Starlight ReLive has managed to last for over 5 years in global (and is about to hit 6 in JP in April) is absolutely astounding to me. But I'm going to enjoy the ride for as long as I can, because I really do love this franchise.

No news regarding her yet, probably not soon though.
Devs confirmed all characters are planned to become playable and afaik Terror is pretty popular, so she'll likely be introduced in volF part 2 or in an (half-?)Anniversary eventually. Same with Key and Seia, I suppose.

It released the "vol.F" story, which is basically meant to be the finale, the world facing an apocalypse that affects the whole planet.
But it's not a conclusion to the whole story, just to the first part of it (a few student stories got concluded properly, but can still be expanded further). It still continues as before and will likely eventually release "vol.F part 2" or whatever.

There are 14 schools in the world of Kivotos and it only explored 4-6 of them properly. 3 schools are completely unknown beyond the name, one of them just makes cameos frequently but was not explored beyond that.
We still know very little about the world, why do all students have a halo, what is this world, what happened to the General Student Council President and who are Sensei / Gematria really, who are the Nameless Priests, what happened to some of the characters in the past (Hoshino and Shiroko especially), who are the Ten Prophets of Decagrammaton?

There is a lot for the author to cover, we aren't even halfway there.
