I get what you mean. Wazy and Olivier are essentially the same character: the super flamboyant guy that gives the feel that they might have more to them then they let on. But Olivier at least has a decent amount of humility where if someone calls his out on his bullshit he'll get flustered, and it helps varies his interactions between characters. You get them all through Daydreams and just having characters joining your party.
