Day 15: Morgoth puts a beatdown on his apprentice Sauron, 19 to 2.

Day 16: Another day, another rout as Judge Holden tears the stuffing out of Lotso, 20 to 1.

Day 17: Ramsay Bolton prevailed over Chris McLean, but the Total Drama host gave him a run for his money in one of the most controversial matches to date, 14 to 10.

Wild match, I agree with the result but well argued by the other side!

F for Chris being voted off the island as grim realistic depiction edged out for this specific battle. Alas he couldn't just go "no u" when someone actually tried voting him off the island in the show! Glad he was able to put up a strong fight though.

what a phenomenal match one of the few times i was pretty invested in both franchises/characters. goodbye chris, may you go back to doing what you love most: tormenting teenagers.

Really invested to see how far he goes, he's one of the most amazing villains in pulp fantasy and continues to be relevant 30 years after MTG began (and 22 IRL years after he died)

Day 18: Homelander won't be breathing a sigh of relief after this one, as Yawgmoth took an easy 15 to 4 victory.

Day 19: Luca Blight had a better resume and a better business card, knocking out Patrick Bateman 14 to 8.

Day 20: Kefka laughs his way to a fairly easy win over fellow world destroying video game villain Ted Faro, 19 to 9.

Day 21: In a clash of two of the biggest creepers ever, BOB proved to be slightly more evil than Voldemort, winning 13 to 8.

Wow, BOB, wow.

Day 22: Two would be world conquerors battled it out, but Zoran Lazarevic proved to be clearly more evil than Ghetsis, and won 16 to 1.

Day 23: In a close match that perhaps should've gotten more votes than it did, Albert Wesker eked out a win over Griffith, 9 to 7. Perhaps people couldn't decide who to vote for?

Day 24: In a battle of two icons of 2010s horror, Art The Clown beat The Purple Guy handily, 12 to 5.

Day 25: Eobard Thawne tried to make a comeback, but fell fairly short of Frieza, who won 17 to 10.

Day 26: Count Dracula may be a literary icon, but limiting him to his novel feats made him no match for Pennywise, who won in a 25-0 sweep.

Day 27: Frank Booth scored a major upset over The Joker, winning 12 to 6 after they found his evil to be even more repugnant.

Day 28: The voters refused to give the devil his due, instead giving Alex DeLarge an 11 to 1 win over Mephistopheles.

Day 29: Hans Landa might be a Nazi, but Other Mother sews buttons into little kids' eyes, so she won rather easily, 14 to 6. Like I said, everyone in this tournament is an asshole!

Day 30: Light's moral ambiguity was no match for Captain Vidal's unambiguous fascism. Vidal won, 15 to 2.

Day 31: In a repeat of the Pennywise/Dracula match, Bill Cipher shut out an iconic and multifaceted (but not quite that evil) villain in Hannibal Lecter, 14 to 0.

Day 32: Johan Liebert finished out the first round with a decisive defeat of Mr. Burns, 12 to 3.

And so, the first round is over! I'll abstain from posting a new match today, instead with the second round bracket now set, anyone have any thoughts about the matchups?

The only other thought would be the least evil out of the choices going in reverse as well, should be interesting.

The rest of this bracket is going to be crazy.

Day 33: The streak is over. Randall Flagg ends Allied Mastercomputer's dominance of this tournament and its 13-match win streak (most of those weren't even close), by a 13 to 8 vote.

Day 34: A battle of sci-fi space dictators came down to extermination vs. domination, and Davros edged out Palpatine in an 11 to 7 victory.

AM losing fucking rules by the way. Nice job everyone.

Day 35: Carnage and Cioccolata are both brutal, but Cioccolata was voted to be more cruel and sadistic, and won by a close 10 to 7 score.

Day 36: Calvin Candie's consistent douchebaggery gave him the win over Cartman's more shocking but much rarer feats of evil, 17 to 1.

Day 37: For the second straight day, there's a dominating 17 to 1 win, this time by Bondrewd over Dahlia Hawthorne.

Day 38: In a battle of horror icons, Freddy Krueger's sadism proved more evil than Michael Myers' mindless killing, and he won 22 to 3.

Day 39: The voters picked Stormfront's racism over The Antagonist's indiscriminate murderousness, 14 to 8.

Day 40: Morgoth may be a god of evil, but Judge Holden's sadism and wickedness proved far more disturbing, and he won 12 to 4.

Day 41: Yawgmoth's diabolical conquests were judged to be more evil than Ramsay's sadistic cruelty, and he won easily, 17 to 5.

Day 42: Two legendary JRPG villains clashed in a battle of evil, and Luca Blight barely defeated Kefka, 11 to 10.

This one was decided by a non-bolded Kefka vote that would've sent the match into a tiebreaker. In fact, the person who cast a non-bolded Luca Blight vote went back and cast a bolded vote later on that ultimately made the difference in this match.

This match was insanely close. A Kefka voter was convinced by arguments and changed their vote to Luca as well. It could've gone either way really.

I saw the match, read the bios, read the arguments, and couldn't decide so I was like "I'll think and come back later". Then I forgot. Oops.

I still don't know who I'd vote for there so it doesn't really matter but I'm glad it was close.

Day 43: The sheer depravity of Killer BOB was more than enough to overcome Zoran Lazarevic's fascistic evil, winning 13 to 5.

I voted and argued for Luca but they are extremely similar evil portfolios so I wouldn't have minded either way

I am glad Luca won though. Despite the similarities I do think with the material shown Luca maximizes his evilness better

Day 44: Art The Clown took down another modern horror villain, beating Albert Wesker 12 to 8 after some very fierce arguments.

What a match! I still disagree a bit but I guess the thought of being maimed alive and being kept alive long enough to have your mother walk in on you in that state is pretty hard to deny compared to Wesker's more abstractly impersonal plans.

Day 45: The most heated debate yet sees Frieza advance against Pennywise, 13 to 10.

Day 46: Low votals allowed Alex DeLarge to make a comeback win over Frank Booth, 7 to 6.

I know it's low votals but damn that's still shocking because I really wonder if Alex beats Joker.
