Seeing as how much of a failure this boycott is, I doubt they are even capable of forming actual hate mobs to go on a chat and harass streamers. I just go on random streamers that are streaming Hogwarts Legacy and I see more defence of the streamers streaming the game than hate mobs imo. It's a model that's rigged to motion capture equipment. I think some of them have buttons to change expressions, others might read the facial expression...I don't know exactly how it works, but it's basically just an animation that adjusts to the person controlling it.
