I think Suisei is the only one that fought so hard to keep her image and that almost didn't go well for her in the beginning. Companies love being in control of "their IP". It sounds like she got in trouble and became hostile pretty quickly. Seems like, and mind this is just what I personally gathered from the relatively vague talks, over the course of the month it basically went: She was given opportunities to train over the course of the month to fit the corporate structure, she didn't take them. She decided to fight to get privileges despite being on unstable ground during the month that are typically not granted(I'm assuming using her old accounts and the like). Her genmates tried to discuss the situation. Sounds like she got in to arguments with several genmates over this as well(Kotoka seemed particularly bothered by that as she said they'd talk for hours about how this is a huge opportunity for them both beforehand). From the sounds of it, she just... hurt everyone involved with her behavior, intentionally or not. If I were in her boss's position, honestly, I'd probably have to fire her as well if that's how it ended up. I realize Nijisanji is given shit for the drama it brings, but I would say it sounds like this entire situation is on Zaion in this case.
