Phil started this insane psychopath meme that nobody knows why daylight savings time exists and he started it last year when it hit. So in those 365 days he has not been able close his WWE Champions app long enough to click onto the wikipedia app and see if that insanely stupid belief is true.

But listen to him, who admittedly has no clue what it is or why it is, go on a rant how everyone is idiots for having it and not doing away with it. He can't understand why it's not exactly 50% of the year either way because he doesn't understand why it exists, so obviously to him it means the people implementing it don't know how to divide a year in two.

Not that I'm defending DST. Just noting that Phil is a narcissist who if he doesn't understand something concludes that his level of understanding is the highest possible and that the people who implemented the thing he doesn't understand are all stupid.

Well if you loom at the average Phil fan, you have your answer. I mean, anyone past the age of 5 knows what daylight savings is. And it's not even a complicated subject. Yet for some reason Phil has latched on this pretending to be an expert on the matter for fuck knows whatever reason.

Speaking of, he is insane or delusional (or both). Either way, he can't seem to keep his lies straight:

- trolls made it impossible for him to get sponsorships
- people who got GoW early are paid shills
- people who got GoW early are doing good cause it helps people know how the game performs
- people who got GoW early are ruining it
- reviewers shouldn't get GoW early
- Indie reviewers should get GoW early
- only special people who "get the bag" (put effort and have initiative to get paid) got it, he's real and doesn't do that
- he doesn't get these offers
- he got 5 this morning
- he gets them all the time
- gets asked to read the 5 and he'll get $100
- can't find the emails he just deleted this morning
- gets a ton of these all the time

People did some sniffing around, and there's a good chance said LPer was playing the game on a higher difficulty setting than Dave, and he got mad when this possibility was pointed out. Wew.

Some say Christopherodd because he died to big bear Bjorn a couple of times in part 1, but again he was playing on "Give me no Mercy", a harder setting than Dave's normal mode.

My absolute favourite is This is How You Don't Play Crash Team Racing (insert subtitle here) by The0utsyder.

Because more than anything else I've ever seen it just encompasses every aspect of Phil's utter incompetence at gaming, and presumably any task that requires similar skillsets.

He doesn't understand the fundamental basics of how the racing boost gameplay works and through the entire playthrough never learns. Presumably because it's too complicated to be simply explained over written chat and as a result everything that happens because he doesn't understand the fundamentals must be blamed on things other than himself. He gets mad every time he gets hit by an enemy attack. Imagine someone complaining every single time they get hit by a red shell in Mario Kart. That's basically it. He uses every power up he gets within 3 seconds of receiving them. No clue how tactical thinking works. He is either blind, lies about things that are blatantly obvious on screen, or his narcissism invents things that didn't happen every time he does bad in the game and 0utsyder does a great job with replays to show how Phil just made it up. And my favourite part of the playthrough is that at full display is Phil's absolute incapability to adapt. Towards the end of the playthrough he gets stuck on a boss. In the TIHYDP I think the boss has nearly an hour of screen time. And what does Phil do throughout that hour (I can only imagine how long it was unedited)? The same exact thing. Over and over again. No concept of trying out new things to try and get the leg up through testing different methods. Literally just do the exact same thing (AKA never try to dodge bombs thrown at him and get mad when they hit him) until finally he gets a good roll on AI behavior that allows him to clinch a victory. That's how he deals with every single boss (or other challenging level) in the game. And I've never seen it all so clearly and neatly displayed for my enjoyment as in this TIHYDP. I think I've watched it 5 times or so.

I watched him play Arkham knight and had to quit. He could not follow instructions when they were on the screen and when chat told him what to do he did his trademark laugh and said yes I was supposed to know that huh?

Theres a deep seated resentment there. Hes so convinced the next big release will save his channel. All he had to do was start playing Fortnite back in 2016 and done the same clown shit he does now and he would have increased his viewer base tenfold.

He tries to bullrush everything as is his general strategy. He has no concept of planning ahead or even thinking ahead. Doesn't understand mechanics, no creative thought. Doesn't understand how to make the most of the environment, doesn't play into his soldiers' strengths.

He constantly loses units, and the replacements are rookies, so he is mostly stuck with several "bad" soldiers during late game missions. And yes, they can suck in a clutch, like having lower accuracy than a veteran. Yet he complains about that, even though he is the one to blame.

He tries to snipe with shotguns, but bullrushes with actual snipers. I could go on but you get the point.

As a recluse I get it, but don't condone it. Your distortion of priorities can really shift indulging yourself in your own home too long. The safety of your home will give you a self centered mindset where fuck all matters outside it.
