Phil is saying he can't afford a costume for his halloween stream that his members earned the right to choose by hitting the member goal.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong. But isn't it reasonable to put aside money for awards you promise your audience if they reach certain goals at the time that you offer that specific award?

This is a man that forced himself.into banktruptcy because he literally has zero money management skills.

World leaders are all idiots who don't know how to lead, otherwise the economy would be extremely excellent and inflation and economic crashes would never happen. Nothing out of their control ever happens. Is not currently happening.

But also, when the economy is bad, people actually spend more money on streamers, so if people don't start giving me more money when the economy gets worse I will get very angry at you all.

He is literally fuming that people give other more popular streamers with giant audiences more money than they give him streaming for 200 - 300 people.

He just said the other day that it makes sense that support is down because of the economy, now he's saying the exact opposite.

Also got another tip that said they were happy for him for having a beloved pet, which is something that is just simply impossible for evil soulless detractors to have.

Even today he would never in a million years play something like this if he had to pay for it. He's literally only doing it to avoid spending a single cent. Dude can already go for other supremely "chill" games with gamepass and not pay a single cent like Slime Rancher 2, My Time at the Portia, or Stardew Valley, so it's not like he's low on options just because he wants a "chill" game that he also doesn't want to pay money for.

I've been watching a couple of TIHYDPs and one thing I've noticed is that Phil constantly use the "word" 'insta-kill' and every time I hear it I'm just confronted with a deep-seated notion that a 40-year-old man talking like a 10 year old in Call of Duty live chat is the most absurd thing I'm going to hear all week.

He banned someone for asking if he watched a 3 million member video that listed him as the 2nd or 3rd worst youtuber. What was this video? I want to see it.

Also, is there shadowbans on youtube? I'm watching on a monitor on one account and have it open on my phone on a second account that I comment with but I can't see comments from the second account.

DSP is rewriting history on the NYChrisG match. Claiming he "learned a lot about the game" and didn't care about losing to him.

Anyone who has seen the videos of Phil's live reactions know this is complete horseshit.

I played and finished Scorn yesterday. It is an AMAZING game, loved every second of it. The biggest problem with it, is that Phil never gets immersed into games, so that alone will make it a horrible thing to watch.

Secondly, there are a couple of really hard puzzles in the game. Can't wait for him to either shit om his viewers for a solution or he takes a toilet break and magically knows what to do.

There is only environmental story telling, no dialogue or anything. So you really need to take the time to be aware of where you are.

To me the game really was an experience and he will shit all over it like he always does.

He's genuinely acting like Scorn is going to save his youtube channel.

I have legit never heard of it before he mentioned it last week or so.

Is that just me and it's actually wildly anticipated?

I mean I've been eagerly anticipating it since the first kickstarter years ago and would probably be hyping it up myself if I was doing playthroughs on my own youtube channel, but that's 'cause I'm a weirdo who enjoys H.R Giger designs, body horror, and minimalist story telling, so it's something right in my wheelhouse. Dave on the other hand obviously doesn't give a shit and it's just "oh look a new game in the hardcore gaming season"

Phil is currently using the Bayonetta 3 voice actor shitshow as an excuse to pass on the game.

He's also saying the developers are idiots for not making a Nintendo owned property multiplatform.

Now he's blaming Platinum for the voice actress' financial situation for not making more Bayonetta games because the ability to take the character to a con dries up after a year or so. Absolute insane rant.

He finished off by talking about "elite" voice actors who get treated well by companies and don't get screwed over like the little guys. I can only imagine he had to physically stop himself from saying how unfair it is that elite voice actors get pre-release codes for games and sponsorships and h-- other voice actors have to buy their own on release day.

I've been looking forward to this game for a while now, been following it's development.

It's my GOTY easily. The world is beautifully crafted, the sound design is perfect and the game actually makes you feel uneasy and does a fantastic job with environmental story telling.

Yeah it's quite an anticipated game, but I expect Phil to shit all over it and then call it the best game of the year.

Phil starts out his spooky react stream by saying that you should be able to sue youtube if their algorithm is mean to your youtube channel based on the channel's name

And 30 seconds into the intro of the first video he has already paused it to say "what is that thing hanging on the wall behind him" that has nothing to do with anything.

Phil: Wow!

He's literally saying "wow!" to every single thing the narrator is saying.

Also, none of these things are spooky. It's just people who died in unusual circumstances. Like, someone did parkour on a roof and fell off. Spooky!

He cried about the weather for a good 10 mins straight, was some of the saddest stuff I've ever witnessed from a grown adult.

Phil literally blaming parents of children who murder others, saying its bullshit that they didnt know something was wrong.

Phil watched a video about some holocaust denier whose grandmother was a holocaust survivor and compared it to himself denying his Italian heritage as a teenager even though he was surrounded by Italian cuisine and things.

He was doing a "Halloween" themed marathon yesterday where he was watching clips of "spooky" stories from one of those shitty lowest common denominator youtube channels.

It was a complete debacle. None of it was scary, it was just creepy. "18 year old raped and murdered at Walmart!" damn, I'm feeling in the festive season now! And you better believe he went on a giant fucking Walmart rant. Saying shit like it was the dregs of society that goes there.

Phil was in contact with the youtuber who runs the channel and he sent Phil a curated list of the best videos for the stream, but Phil is so mindnumbingly incompetent he couldn't follow it and ended up just watching random videos from the channel instead. He knew nothing about several famous stories he covered. He'd never heard of DB Cooper before. He knows fucking nothing. He was presented with 2 minute takes on these stories that there exist hours long youtube breakdowns on and he had a hot take for all of them. When listenening to the James Bulgar story he went on a rant about how parents are responsible for the behaviors of their children. He listened to some dumbfuck story about an alchemist and he went on a rant about how alchemy makes no sense because if they actually managed to create gold from other elements, the value of gold would plummet. He listened to a story about a junkie overdosing in an outdoor toilet at Walmart and he thought it was the most confusing mystery in all of human history.

It was one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. At some point I stopped paying attention. I don't remember this holocaust thing so it must have happened after that.

Phil inserted himself onto the amouranth situation. Saying she should have gotten out, that she and twitch scammed viewers with sexual content and his chat blew up agreeing with him.

And as expected, salty rant because he didnt get a review copy of God of War Ragnarok.

Because there isn't a single dev out there that you haven't or wouldn't shit on the SECOND something slightly inconvienent to you happens. And your excuses are the biggest garbage ever. Simply put, there isn't a single developer that would take Phil seriously and THAT is the "legacy" he built for himself...

Phil is the classic case of making your bed and having to lay in it. But he will fight tooth and nail that he didn't make his bed while also refusing to lay in it.

First of all, Scorn is not a shooter.

Second of all, you can beat the game without using the guns the game gives you (the melee weapon can be enough).

You don't HAVE to kill enemies, since there isn't enough ammo to deal with them. Every single enemy can be dealt with passively, if you are willing to be patient.
