Ok, so this lady Uber driver picks up a dude at his house, happens to see him with (presumably) his wife and kids. She then drives him to some woman's house where the woman gets in. The driver detects that this is his (alleged) mistress. The driver perceives this to be a morally wrong thing to do, so she drives both of them back to the dude's house and makes them get out.

On the one hand I don't think any Uber or Lyft driver should be doing that. Just mind ya business and take people to where they're paying you to take them. On the other hand, dude was a sleazeball and he's not at all a sympathetic victim. So resounding meh all around.

She's right in that she works for herself and can make this decision. But she has to realize that could easily turn out negative for her as well.

She picks up a guy at his house. His wife and kids are there saying goodbye to him. He gets into the car. They drive to location where a woman with an overnight bag gets in and says "Glad you finally got away from your wife". They're only 5 miles from the guy's house, so the Uber decides to drive back there and tells him to get out.
Says it's her car, she's an independent contractor, she doesn't want this shit in her car and Uber will not fire her for it.

The only people I feel bad for in that video is the guy's family.

People doing morally ambiguous stuff that doesnt harm anybody is none of your business. Youre there to provide a service, not to pass judgement and lose your job trying to be a "hero". Imagine if I refused to serve somebody cause I know they are cheating. Beyond stupid what she did.

I imagine there has to be a level of duress and quantifiable harm done to the individual. I doubt that taking him back home and dropping him and his mistress off against his will would qualify as kidnapping. The driver didn't want to be party to his infidelity, and she chose the most morally vindictive way to do it. Maybe the guy should hire a cab or take his own vehicle next time he wants to play with his girlfriend.

If you're so morally against cheating that you cannot abet it, just drop him off and say, "Sorry, I can't help you cheat."

I guess there's an ethical argument to make for helping those you see in need, like helping a drowning child. But I think, generally, the social contract to mind your business at work is stronger than calling out a cheater.

Yea, now that I think about it, that's definitely a dangerous situation to bring the mistress back to the house. If anything, she should have just taken them back to the mistress's house. What if the wife freaked out and grabbed a gun?

Should be terminated from the app. If she wants to end the ride then you have to make them get out then and there. You cant just take people to a location of your choice against their will.

Uber drivers dont work for Uber. They are contractors performing a service all Uber is does is provide the marketplace to facilitate the transaction. They use their own cars, pay their own insurance and taxes, use their own phone/GPS.
