In my state, Texas, anyone under 21 would legally not be allowed in a strip club. So I guess it depends on the state.

The people bringing up strip clubs have clearly never been to a strip club. This is what you'd see on any dance night at this type of club in any major American city.

There's no nudity or sexual dancing here. At least not strip club level.

I remember an article about a school in Florida taking a field trip to a restaurant that's a gay bar/restaurant and people lost their minds. I thought they were overreacting.

Here idk, I mean I wouldn't care about kids being at a drag show but at least make it kid friendly. I've been to drag shows for my friends birthday and it was fun and all but I wouldn't take a kid there.

That PG13 would be a more appropriate rating for what happened at the drag show than PG. I'd even argue that R is more appropriate than PG, but I feel PG13 is the most accurate.

I understand you want to defend LGBTQIA+ rights and people, pretty sure most of us do in this thread, but pretending some bullshit isn't bullshit just to "own the right" is not sustainable and alienates more potential allies than otherwise.

You have to understand that to the conservative mind, teaching children social acceptance of homosexuality or like, I dunno, them seeing wearing weird clothes and dancing, is basically the same as having sex with them.
