Already have really close to 850 credit score. Im already 10 years into mortgage no sense there. No student loans never went to college. Care has some mileage on it but i take care of it. I think i will take the 75k into my 401k.

If you're choosing between 20k or 75k towards retirement, 75k is the way to go. There's only a 10% penalty fee for spending your retirement money early, should you have to go that route.

Not even gonna spring for an M4A1? The cast hull looks quite a bit nicer.

Do I need to take the pill right away? Or can I save it for a little while, until I can get a mortgage? I have excellent credit and I'm not struggling financially. I wouldn't have any trouble getting approved for a mortgage.

mortgage paid off

credit score isn't so important since i have a good one already; 20k is less than i have left on my mortgage; i have no student loans; my current car is fine; i'll have a lot more cashflow to allocate to retirement savings/investments when the mortgage is paid off

Credit is probably the worse option in general (my credit score is around 800 after buying a new car anyway)
Currently don't own a house although I share it with someone who owns it
20k is nice
I owe less than 10k for student loans, so this would be a bad option for me
Just bought a new car a few months ago (although if I had the freedom to choose the car, this could technically be the best option if you pick something like a Bugatti or Lambo and sell it)
Retirement money is also nice
