I had never heard of it before. =(
Upon googling, apparently it was a North America only game?
As an Australian, in our poor neglected country... I apologise for not mentioning it.
We missed out on a lot of good stuff, you know...

Cool fact, too.

Just wanna say, any LucasArts Game from the 90s can be voted for.
My list and screenshots, they're just to make it more visually appealing and easier to think of games.
It's not the be all, end all.

Best: The Secret of Monkey Island
Worst: Zombies Ate My Neighbors

Q1: When was the last time you played and finished, a "point n click" adventure game? -I replayed Lechuck's Revenge a few years ago.
Q2: Were you a 1990's PC gamer? - I played games on PC, but I woudn't consider myself a PC gamer during that time.
Q3: In flying games and racing games... What viewpoint do you prefer... Inside the cockpit? Or behind the vehicle? - For railshooters and racing, usually behind the vehicle. For non-railed flying games, usually in the cockpit.
Q4: what do you like and dislike about point n click games? - The writing and atmosphere is usually pretty good. The jumps in logic for some puzzles can be annoying.
Q5: Were you a LucasArts fan? How many of the 20 games listed did you play? - I really liked Lucasarts, but I only played half of those games, though I do own another five I haven't played yet - The Dig, both Indy games, X-Wing and Loom.

Ooh, this is a topic.

Best: I was going to say Fate of Atlantis before I remembered the X-Wing games were a thing. It feels weird not picking a SCUMM game here, but objectively speaking the answer here is Tie-Fighter. (I got more enjoyment out of X-Wing, but Tie-Fighter is definitely a better game.)

Worst: I've only played about a quarter of these, but I gotta go with Star Wars Episode 1 Racer. Everything else was really good. That game, I rented from Blockbuster, and had no desire to go back to.

Also, no Afterlife on the list?

Q1: When was the last time you played and finished, a "point n click" adventure game?

Earlier this year, I played Unavowed.

Q2: Were you a 1990's PC gamer?

Yes. My parents didn't believe in consoles. I eventually wore them down and got an N64, but I endured a Nintendo-less, Genesis-less, SNES-less childhood.

Q3: In flying games and racing games... What viewpoint do you prefer... Inside the cockpit? Or behind the vehicle?

Flying = cockpit. Racing = chase.

Q4: what do you like and dislike about point n click games?

I like the sense of discovery and sometimes how unique the puzzles are, but I dislike having to look for magic pixels or (usually with Sierra games) how obtuse the puzzle solutions were. Not to mention being progression-locked if you didn't do something earlier in the game, which was definitely not a LucasArts thing.

Q5: Were you a LucasArts fan? How many of the 20 games listed did you play?

The more I think about it, the more incomplete the list in the OP is. I played Temple of Doom, Fate of Atlantis, Afterlife, and a bunch of star wars games. I also had a DOS shareware demo for Monkey Island which I loved and would have wanted to play the full game if I'd had the chance.

Q3: Behind the vehicle, for the most part
Q4: I like the humor in the writing, the silliness of the plots. I don't like having to look up a walkthrough to figure out that the only way to unlock the door is by burying the blender in the backyard or something that could never be remotely reasoned.
Q5: I've enjoyed what I've played, which is only like 5 of them

Oh, dang, I've got a lot for Best but none of the ones I played can be considered "Worst," because while I haven't touched a good half of this list, I have no bad memories of any of them.

Best for me: Star Wars: TIE Fighter

Best: Grim Fandango
Worst: Star Wars Episode I Racer

Q1: When was the last time you played and finished, a "point n click" adventure game?
Earlier this year, specifically with Grim Fandango

Q2: Were you a 1990's PC gamer?
Nope, didn't have a decent PC until the late 2010s

Q3: In flying games and racing games... What viewpoint do you prefer... Inside the cockpit? Or behind the vehicle?
Behind the vehicle

Q4: what do you like and dislike about point n click games?
How cryptic some of the puzzles can be.

Q5: Were you a LucasArts fan? How many of the 20 games listed did you play?

I wasn't growing up, but I've enjoyed a lot of the games recently. I've only played four of the games on the list. The other two being Monkey Island and Day of the Tentacle

Q1: When was the last time you played and finished, a "point n click" adventure game?
Never played one that as far as I remember

Q2: Were you a 1990's PC gamer?
Not really. I was born in '92 and was mostly a SNES and Genesis (and eventually N64) kid. In the late 90s I played Starcraft and FF7 on PC though

Q3: In flying games and racing games... What viewpoint do you prefer... Inside the cockpit? Or behind the vehicle?
Don't really like these kinds of games, no preference

Q4: what do you like and dislike about point n click games?
Never played one, but they don't really appeal to me because they don't seem very action-packed

Q5: Were you a LucasArts fan? How many of the 20 games listed did you play?
I would say so, yes. I remember playing 3 of these, plus Metal Warriors obviously, and probably some others I don't remember.

Q1: When was the last time you played and finished, a "point n click" adventure game?
Broken Sword V on PS4. It was very fun.

Q2: Were you a 1990's PC gamer?
Yes. Balanced it the whole decade with the Master System/SNES/PS1

Q3: In flying games and racing games... What viewpoint do you prefer... Inside the cockpit? Or behind the vehicle?
More often than not, inside.

Q4: what do you like and dislike about point n click games?
The humour and puzzles. I'm playing through Fate of Atlantis now and almost at the end. What I don't like is getting lost with no idea what to do next...

Q5: Were you a LucasArts fan? How many of the 20 games listed did you play?
I own all of them except for Infernal Machine, and Dark Forces II (and the games others have mentioned that I accidentally missed from my list.) I was a big, big fan.
