Sub-100% bars still have all of the same nutrients and whatnot, just in smaller quantities because there's less chocolate. Then higher the percentage, the less you have to be concerned about the sugar content offsetting those nutrients, but the fat content is still high enough (just because of the cocoa butter, plus possibly other fats if some of the coca butter has been replaced with cheaper stuff) that you shouldn't be eating a ton of it either way. Given the cost, chocolate isn't going to be a major part of your everyday nutrition anyway, and if you're having it in relative moderation, you might as well stick to something you like the taste of instead of trying to min-max the nutritional value of a nutritionally negligible snack. --- This is my signature.
