Batman would probably also be able to come up with something that quickly dissolves webbing, or come up with something that would turn webbing to his advantage. Spider-man lost his Spider-sense about a decade ago and he trained in Kung Fu with Shang Chi so that he could adapt his fighting style and he wouldnt need to rely on it anymore. Batman definitely can't beat him in a straight up slug fest, but using the environment and some gadgetry to his advantage, I can see Bruce coming out ahead over Peter. That said, in a fight "to the death" neither one of them would win because neither one would deal the killing blow intentionally. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
