I admit I sometimes pride on having 0 literal shame, but I remember that Im talking to folk on GameFAQS and uh.. yeah, things are structured to be a certain way here - I wont say its a matter of politics or anything insulting like that, I will say though that I definitely have not grown up to adhere to certain mindsets here

in fact, I grew up to reject certain ones that are absolutely redundant such as extreme levels of sympathy and empathy to the point of fault - Ive told TC that sometimes life is like what can ya do, and recognize hes only venting out here.. but at some level I am truly concerned by noticing all his topics that hes literally never actually doing anything to actually curb that

Venting is good, but perpetually venting is something else - if you believe that theres absolutely no conceivable way venting could ever turn into a poison then I dont know what to tell you

I watched a skyrim livestream yesterday and the dude's wife and young daughter had covid (they are in OK also). He apparently tested negative. I don't know their vaxx status but considering they said they were getting better and were active in the stream and in good spirits, I would guess they are vaccinated (he was apparently also wearing a mask given that they were sick and all of them had been quarantining for some time). It's weird. It has been so long since the pandemic started. I haven't gotten it. I've had both shots. I rarely go out and I follow mask mandates when I do (my state is blue and fairly strict). Still, I lose perspective at times and it seems like I swing back and forth between "this isn't real" and "this is too real" and I can't even imagine being in your profession and dealing with what you have to deal with.

They probably sit in the ambulance getting very insufficient care from EMTS(Not a dig at EMTs they just don't have the same training, assistance and equipment that an ICU offers. An ambulance is meant to stabilize people until they can get care or just get them there FAST if stabilizing isn't properly possibly.)

They might get air lifted but for severe acute trauma and the like you are probably very dead if you aren't In the ICU in minutes or maybe a couple hours if you are lucky enough have something slowing the bleeding, at least the bare minimum ability to breathe and not having much direct damage to the heart/brain)
