The Popo 07/24/21 11:42:05 AM #8:	I just beat the original Breath of Fire within the last 10 minutes. Really basic game, and I thought it lasted too long. Once you get some end-game transformations, the game loses any challenge. Divinity: OS 1 and 2 do it great, which is why they're my favs of the genre. --- I wrote a horror short story collection. Not that the series needs to sink all the dev time into it, but if the combat presentation was less 'oldschool' it could be super successful in the west. I know a lot of people that would probably enjoy how deep and puzzle-y the game is but disregard it at face value because the presentation looks boring to them. --- move all remaining groundhog mercenaries to the front lines.
