First nothing says you can't find a female alternate version of you (or male if you are female). In theory, if you're identical down to DNA, it wouldn't be incest, it would be cloning. Meanwhile you can just go to different alternate realities till you find a version of yourself that wasn't to be bottom/top (or both) whatever you desire. Technically nothing wrong with fucking yourself honestly, in fact, it may not be that long till you can do it in real life here. They already have sex dolls and robots, so why not have a programable robot that follows your motions and literally lets you set up a fuck program to use on yourself. You would basically be fucking yourself. You could do the same for a female version, or have a real life female program it etc (or use it virtually from somewhere else). If we ever make it to space, and we're honest with ourselves, we probably won't give much of a shit about steamrolling through whatever aliens we find. So why would parallel universes be any different? We'd always think of our own as "Home" and everything else is just a less important reflection or copy. We probably wouldn't hesitate to mine them for resources or use them to dump waste into.
