@MabusIncarnate Pia isn't really eating her biscuits anymore. I mean, she's still eating them but not as much. She's still devouring her treats and wet food (I give her wet food once a week as a treat). She's not hiding or otherwise showing any sign of distress. It is winter and actually a bit colder than normal so she's sleeping more. Should I take her to the vet? Do cats diets just change?

In my experience, mine have gotten over a flavor of food, and when I changed it, it helped so I tend to rotate now. The brand I use has a chicken, beef, duck, and turkey so I get a different one each time. I wouldn't try to change the name brand as it can cause stomach issues for a couple days while they get used to it.

Unless it's looking like she's losing weight or not drinking any water, i'd hold off on the vet for the moment and just keep an eye on her.

I would go to the county about it. I live right next to a river and people used to think it was just fine to leave their cats and dogs by the river and they'd one way or another wind up at my place. It got overwhelming fast and I think my neighbors noticed it too because the sheriff patrols down there all the time now.

You need to report it to the animal shelter too. It's not going to go away by itself and you can't have a shit ton of cats mingling around with a huge pack of racoons.

My mom was once hooked up to a ventilator. I was really young and didn't know shit but there was an alert going off, my dad grabbed a nurse and this fucking guy said "ohhhhh no it's doing that because it was just calibrated". My dad didn't buy it and brought in the head nurse and she was like hooo SHIT...... did whatever she did and my mom was ok. I'll never forget when my dad took that head nurse outside and said "I like you. Yeah man, surprisingly big difference from sativa, that stuff always wound me up tight. If I have a choice i'm going indica every time.

Sativa during the day, indica in the evening/at night for me. Sativa when I'm with people, indica when I'm alone.
When I smoked with my buddies a couple of days ago, it was all indica, and I felt it the next day. Like a general sluggishness. Never had that with sativa.

Make sure you look up how to do it. It isn't as easy as planting them and letting them do their thing.

This. It's a sensitive plant that you have to baby. Certain amounts of light and dark. That's why people use grow lights rather than actual sunlight.

They're actually pretty resilient. I've accidentally broke the tops of mine off and they still just keep going. People grow weed outside too, it just depends where you live. If you have a winter season it might be difficult.

Its a weird plant.

On one hand yeah, unless you get spider mites its pretty bomb proof and hearty.

On the other hand if you don't know what you're doing you might end up with some bud thats absolute garbage and not even worth smoking. At the very least you have to recognize maoe and female early enough to get the whore males outta there before the fertilize the girls.

But the more you know about light, ph, a ton of different techniques, and proper nutrients it can make an unbelievably huge difference in terms of yield and potency. Like worlds of difference.

Don't do that. Even if you have feminized seeds there's a decent chance you lose a few plants early on to one thing or another. If you don't have feminized seeds (or female clones) then you won't even get weed, you'll just have hemp*.

I've never grown a crop of less than 4. Miraculously that crop of 4 were all female and all survived for a good sized yield.

But yeah start 6 and see which are female and aren't. Then if you want less plants you can just kill a couple.

*might not get weed and just end up with hemp.

Also check out the sea of green method. That way you can have a lot of little plants produce a lot of bud in a small space and a shorter time window.

Also I'm assuming you don't have access to clones. If you do I can see grabbing 2 of them and starting from there.

Trying to grow just one or two from seed doesn't really make sense.

I've grown weed off and on for like 20 years so I know a little bit. No expert but I can help if ya get into it.

Lol. First crop i ever grew i was 18 or 19. All with seeds i pulled from bags so I didnt know what they were.

Ended up with two plants that were female and survived and one was trash and one was this amazing superhero bud with a dark red stalk and brighter red veins in the leaves... to this day I've never seen anything like it. It tasted like bubble gum too. I called it big red.

So of course I cloned it and it worked great! So me being smart i figured I'd take another cutting and double my yield... it died. Rip big red.

I've learned a lot since then.

No no. Whenever you go to bed, just roll your clock back to Hawaii time. Boom you can turn a 24 hour day into like 30 if you want.

Whenever I go to work, I just change the server time to London. So the second I get there it's time to go home. It's really nice.
