I've been drinking a lot less overall since everything mabus went through. I knew it was bad and I drank way too much but that sorta drove it home.

Problem is instead of getting beer drunk daily I drink maybe 2 or 3 times a week but I smash a 26 of rum then get beer before the store closes and drink that too.

The only thing that makes me want to quit now is the the hangovers. That and Mabus' whole situation. Like today I woke up feelin fine and well rested because I didn't drink last night and it's great. Then tonight I figured, well I can drink tonight because i'm working from home tomorrow, and then tomorrow i'll not drink because I'm SUPPOSED to do something with the fiancee Sunday so everything is good. I always reason myself into drinking when I don't even need to.

Hangovers are part of why I quit. Mostly I quit because I got sick of blacking out, which I did every time I drank, and feeling guilty the next day for shit that didn't even happen. Most of the time. Sometimes I did act like a stupid asshole

I was honestly doing WAY better when I'd spend almost the whole weekend with the fiancee. I almost never drank unless she was staying with me, and even then I didn't go nuts. I'm not blaming her for anything now, but I know I had a good distraction from the booze I could live with.

Maybe that's deep down why I get so pissed off at her. Because half a year ago I almost wanted her to not wanna do anything so I could get wrecked.

A lot of people were surprised when Yzerman took Seider 6th overall but it looks like he's gonna pan out to be a top end player. I'm gonna assume they take Eklund if he's still available.

You can go that route, they aren't gonna be good for a few seasons, they didn't put together a team like Vegas did. They are gonna be a bottom 12 team i'm sure. You'd get to see them grow from the ground up though, first year in existence.

Well I'm almost halfway to completing all the silver and gold roads on my island paradise. Wish I'd unlocked infinite gold ore a long time ago. Fuck would this have gone quicker.

My hotel is possibly one of the best things I've done in a game. It takes me a solid minute just to go to the top from the first floor and I haven't even built my penthouse yet.

How does the sugar content compare to Vodka? Gotta have more than Vodka right? I just can't always get into Vodka anymore.

Vodka, rum, tequila, and gin have almost no sugar in them. Rum has less sugar than vodka. Vodka has the least amount of calories out of any liquor. Tequila has the least amount of sugar. All have virtually no sugar so we're ranking based on technicality. Still rum to me is the most surprising considering how sweet it tastes.

Same. I've eased up to a 2 days of drinking, 1-2 days of non drinking. It isn't much but it's a start.

I've taken my mom's keys, debit and credit cards. It's to keep her from going to the store. She can't really even drive or anything at the moment either. Gets dizzy and short of breath if she walks more than a few feet at a time. But I'm trying to keep her from going and buying cigarettes, seeing as how we are probably staring down lung cancer of some sort and she needs to quit. I've told her I'll get her anything else she wants except cigarettes

I also have taken control of feeding her and doing her medication, same as I do with my old folks. Anyway she is severely pissed at me for doing so and thinks I'm treating her like a child. She's barely spoke to me today and every time she did she acted very annoyed. She thinks I'm in the wrong

But I'm trying to get her on the road to beating this and I'm just trying to take care of her so she doesn't have to do anything strenuous

You gotta get too, nicotine withdrawal can bring out the worst in people. If she's having those withdrawals and you are the cause, that makes you a target. Don't take it personally at all, you are entirely in the right here. She doesn't hate you, I think she just hates the lifestyle change and not being in control anymore needing that help. Do what's best for her health and overall wellbeing, it seems like you are doing just that. You got this man.

Damn i finally brought a buncha folks to my post game island and I made a utopian society. The one bunny girl is carrying drinks to people in the spa and the bars are on the opposite side of the island.

Guess I should make a new bar closer to the spas.

Got some nicotine gum too but she doesn't want it because it gives her indigestion. I told her if she drinks something with it or just spits it out it's much more tolerable

Shields raise defense but you can't actually block or anything gameplay wise so no block or parry.

Spin attack yeah. Its a charge attack like link to the past.

Uggh fuck thats free on game pass...I'm already dug into too deep in too many games!!! ...But i wanna make a giant dungeon that spans the entire land....

Yeah it just hit Game Pass so it should be there for months. It really is a fun time sink, I got lost in it for a few weeks. Skate 3 is on there also, i'm real tempted to dip back in but I know where that rabbit hole leads.

I have no idea who anyone is this draft really. Kinda kills my hype. I dont think the scouting this year was the same level of scrutiny or even sample size.
