Because I criticized the right wing government and anti vaxxers

They literally didn't give a shit for a year or 2 before I did that

then suddenly they started claiming I was lying once I started talking about the daily racial abuse, covid denial, knife crime and crazy right wing support that continues to dominate elections and attitudes

Now they're in too deep to admit fault so they just keep doubling/tripling down on calling me a liar

It's actually a pretty remarkable microcosm about how the conservative reality denying movement functions

If you proves you wrong, deny that it exists/is true.

They aren't though. You call it semantics, I call it a distinction. There's a reason why Funyuns makes the distinction between onion flavored rings and onion rings. Because onion rings are an actual food item that Funyuns do not fall under the category of.

But we're not arguing over the name Funyuns, we're arguing over whether it's an onion ring. On the packaging and the website, Funyuns themselves makes the distinction "onion flavored rings" to differentiate the product from the existing food item called onion rings, that's not something I came up with on my own, that's straight from them lol
