They are 100% worth it.

I bought one of those $20 attachments off Amazon and installed it in an hour. It was weird at first but you get used to it. I can never go back.

Me. Well, it's always been that way since I live in Asia.

It's amazing and really clean. Just make sure you have good water pressure going. And if you need time to adjust you can still apply toilet paper afterwards, at least at first.

Been using them for years, great investment. You'll feel cleaner (because you are cleaner) and will save money on toilet paper in the long run.

The first time you essentially give yourself an enema and shoot water out your ass will be super weird though, so prepare for that.

Im afraid of doing it to my toilets because I live in an apartment. Im not eager to find out whether it causes any problems with the water pressure.

If it comes with like a heated blowdryer, maybe...but then id be worried about the sanitary conditions of the blow dryer ...

The heated seat is amazing. Being able to adjust angles is also great

We have an outlet that's close enough to the toilet for it to work

But yeah, if you don't have a nearby outlet, that'd be an issue

Also agreed that the heated seat is great but it has ruined other toilets for me

I'd be interested to try one, because I feel like it's one of those things you need to try before you can appreciate it.

My preconceptions of it are that it will feel weird, and displace feces all over the place (while making it even more wet), so that when you put your underwear up, you'll have shit stains on your buttcheeks where displaced feces went from the bidet.

I'm sure that's not the case, but it's hard for me to imagine it without trying it.

That's how I always thought of it. But my attachment stays in it's compartment until you turn it on. It then comes out well above the water to spray you. The water that falls back into the toilet doesn't cause anything to splash back up.
