5) Nutella- are you serious? It is literally a melted kit kat bar in a jar!

4) fake salads- When you take a salad and overload it with dressing, cheese, fat, carbs, and oil then you were way better off eating a damn big mac from mcdonalds, but but but it's a salad.

3) Sushi- that one piece of tiny meat doesn't compensate for rice, mayo, oil, and **** it is squashed in with.

2) Any cereal food- granola, trail mix, and etc- You can thank the baby boomers for brainwashing people in to getting fat off of sugar calorie bombs disguised as health food.

1) Peanut butter- Typical Peanut butter is a very high dense calorie food and the protein count is not worth the extra calories you are intaking. Peanut butter is that toxic gf or family member that you do not need in your life at all but continue to justify keeping them in your life lol. Stick to Pb2 powder or something make it way better for you.

Bonus- Dried fruit, but the only dried fruit I like is the mango from trader joes :) It is a high calorie dense food loaded with sugar....QUITTT

I mostly feel bad for people who don't know or think about the oil they add to food, and how it ends up. Your "healthy" chicken breast just added 400 calories of saturated fats thanks to that big stick of butter you threw in there.

there's not much of a choice imo. either can have cold cuts on a sandwich or peanut butter. went with the 2nd option.

people who eat nuts (not nut butters) have been shown to have lower bmi than those that don't, actually. you eat less food overall if you eat more nuts, compared to most other foods

I like to make my own dressing with olive oil, hot pepper brine, a little of bit of olive brine, a little of pickles juice and some black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne and oregano.

i think this is true about 99.99 (maybe 100%) of anyone who says CICO doesn't work because of genetics...oftentimes it's just a complete inability to count calories, carbs, salts, and sugars. a white hamburger bun (JUST THE BUN) could be anywhere from 200-400 calories and have god knows how much sugar...when you start breaking food down like this, you see that cheat snacks or weekly cheat meals or putting cheese+dressing on salad or whatever just ruins so many people's weight loss dreams before they even begin

Genetics has a weird effect on CICO such as with lipodystrophy & malabsorption but it doesn't ever not work and it usually favors the opposite direction where you're actually underweight & have a hard time maintaining minimum healthy body weight.
