In early high school I went to a state meet for a business-related club and at one point we all crammed really tight inside an elevator. Someone took that opportunity to jam their finger up me >_> I never knew who it was. School kids tend to respect the sexual boundaries of girls more than boys. It is more common for a boy to be bullied in a physical way. It is more common for a boy to be sexually harassed "just as a joke".

It's more like the comparison isn't apples to apples. The 1 in 5 statistic for women is for sexual assault, the relevant comparison here is the 9 percent of men who have been raped or assaulted (1 in 10)
