Any place that doesn't would probably make you life hell so that you either quit, or mess up so they can write you up and fire you for too many write-ups. That being said, depending on circumstances, you could gather information to use against them... But either way, they can usually get rid of you one way or another... Also, places can fire you for stuff outside of work. My bus station job made that clear many times. Like firing a guy for unpleasant stuff he said about the company on Facebook. Or DUIs. Not wearing proper safety equipment. A friend of mine got fired from his job because he was telling people how shitty the management was. Not long after that the CEO of that company was fired because he pretty much broke the law. Unions FTW. Though if you fucked the CEO's wife then he will probably dislike you for the rest of your employment and he has every right to do that. So don't fuck your superiors wives.
