In the real world, where I would be the only person with any superpower at all, it would be a 10/10 choice. Tons of creative uses, flying being a good example.
In a world where other superpowers exist, probably like a 5. --- PSN ID: Aristoph http://www.youtube.com/user/SotCRules ... Copied to Clipboard!

I mean, can you make gravity so intense that your foes' bodies get crushed instantly? Or are there limitations?
It's got upside and potential. If you think about it, it's basically psychokinesis. You can move objects around by shifting the gravity around them, you can basically fly by controlling the gravity around you, crush opponents too. I see the upside. --- NFLB 2020 Summersim Roster mk. 1 (12-4): https://imgur.com/4Pvr5rT NFLB 2020 Summersim Roster mk. 2 (11-5) (ELIMINATED): https://imgur.com/BBhN2z3 ... Copied to Clipboard!

depending on how exactly it works I'd say pretty good. like, 8/10 or higher. lots of applications to general everyday life and I guess fairly good in a fight if you really wanted to have one of those (but it's not like I go looking for fights as I am now without superpowers so I dunno why I would if I had this power either)

Depends on what type of control / manipulation you have over it.
If you are able to control it to the point of telekinesis, then pretty highly. You will also have the power of flight and propel yourself. But if you can only make things heavy / lighter, then pretty low. Really depends on the scope of the powers. Probably the weakest gravity powers would be like that one main girl in My Hero Academia, as she's more about gravity negation than anything else.
Controlling gravity around you would be pretty powerful though. If you're able to just double gravity's effect on someone you'd severely hamper them. A 150lb person suddenly weighing 300 would crush that person, and your 250lb muscle bound foe suddenly weighing 500 would completely incapacitate him. Not to mention prolonged exposure is deadly. Your heart has evolved to work perfectly with earth's gravity. Any sort of increase would be incredible strain on it. If you're a super villain, it can be an instant aoe death, depending on how strong it is. ... Copied to Clipboard!

It's a REALLY underutilized power. I've had a few ideas in my head for some superheroes with that power. There's a lot you could do with that. And imagine just how strong someone could be. Like producing a gravity wave, the likes of which could fuck up entire planets and interstellar civilizations.

Broken/10.
In practical situations you can effectively fly and have essentially high end telekinesis (which normal telekinesis would already be incredibly good to begin with.) In combat situations not many would be able to contest you outside of reality warpers and the like. Increase the local gravity to exorbitant amounts to crush your foes or cause structures to buckle, Decrease it and send them to space, unleash a massive burst or wave that disrupts solar orbits, Make yourself weightless or massive, bring down a meteor, create black holes, etc. The possibilities are probably infinite. --- The night's a prismatic fantasy~ ...
